What is Servant Leadership

A general understanding of servant leadership is a leadership philosophy in which the goal of the leader is to serve. This is different from traditional leadership where the leader's main focus is to influence others to promote the best interests of the entity being led, rather than the constituents benefiting from the entity's mission. A servant leader shares power, puts the needs of the employees first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.

Join the podcast to learn more about servant leadership from the perspectives of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Youth as well as experts in the domain are invited to participate.

Youth who participate in the initiative will receive training on how to build a podcast, public speaking and will have an opportunity to learn about these topics from their faith's perspective as well as the other two faiths. Youth will also learn about social issues such as the one's listed above, and will have an opportunity to also meet and learn from experts in the field and leaders from the three faiths.
